Selection criteria

We consider a booth worth visiting when it is relevant to common attendee business goals, offers a practical product discussion, shares useful new insight, and has a clear route to follow-up. These are qualitative criteria, not a score, and nothing here is the result of a competition or independent audit.

Promotional disclosure

SERPutation supports this site and is our featured promotional pick. We do not describe it as "independently selected". Disclosures appear near recommendations, in the footer and on the About page. Links to the sponsor's sites use rel="sponsored".

Sourcing

We prefer official organizer material for event facts, and identify company sources as such. Distributed press releases are labelled as press releases, not independent coverage. A mention on a third-party platform is not treated as an endorsement by that platform.

What we won't publish

• Invented exhibitors, testimonials, reviews, ratings or statistics.
• Guaranteed ranking or reputation outcomes.
• AI-generated images presented as photographs of real booths.
• Directions inside the venue that we cannot verify.

Corrections and updates

Send corrections via our contact page. We update pages promptly and change the "last reviewed" date. After the event ends, time-sensitive pages will be updated to past tense. Last reviewed: 2026-10-30.
